- How is contract consumption calculated?
- Each contract carries contracted hours or sessions. Delivered and verified volume reduces the balance, and scheduled future volume is shown as committed, so you see both what is used and what is already promised.
- Can teachers be matched by language level?
- Yes. Teacher qualifications include languages and levels, and scheduling filters candidates by level, language, modality and availability before you assign.
- How are short notice cancellations paid?
- Cancellation rules are part of the rate card. A cancellation inside your notice window can carry full or partial compensation automatically, with the reason code determining the treatment.
- Do learners need accounts?
- No. Learners are records inside the client organisation and are not billed as seats. Attendance is recorded by the teacher at the session.
- Can we handle multiple currencies and countries?
- Yes. Contracts, rate cards and payouts carry their own currency, and statutory treatment follows the country of engagement for employed staff.
- How does this help with renewals?
- Every renewal conversation starts from a delivery history: sessions held, attendance rates, cancellation causes and progress notes per learner group. That evidence typically shortens the negotiation.
- Is the funding audit pack configurable?
- Yes. Required fields, signature evidence and retention period are configured to match the funding body you report to, and the pack exports per programme.
- How long does it take to move off our spreadsheet?
- Clients, teachers and the current term are usually loaded inside two weeks. Verified delivery and payouts typically switch over at the start of the next month.
